Bylaws & Covenants
These are the governing, legal documents adopted and approved by St Johns County when the community was approved for private development. All homeowners, as members of the Association, are subject to the Bylaws and Covenants of the community.
Homeowners that rent their property to tenants are responsible for compliance with these governing documents. All tenants should be aware that Seawalk is a private community and the property they rent is subject to rules and restrictions.
