Our Board Of Directors

The Board is elected by the homeowners of the community at the annual meeting. These elected volunteers are responsible for all operations of the association and ensuring the community governing documents are followed and enforced.

Bylaws and Covenants

These are the governing, legal documents adopted and approved by St Johns County when the community was approved for private development. All homeowners, as members of the Association, are subject to the Bylaws and Covenents of the community. Homeowners that rent their property to tenants are responsible for compliance with these governing documents. All tenants should be aware that Seawalk is a private community and the property they rent is subject to rules and restrictions. If you have any questions regarding the governing documents, please contact your Board of Directors or our Property Manager at May Management.

Financial Reports

If you have interest in our association's financial reports, please contact Jose Anton at May Management, 904-838-0199. Our monthly financial reports are available to all Seawalk homeowners upon request.
